If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel a booking, notification must be submitted in writing via email to MTA Destination Management Company. The cancellation will be effective from the date written notice is received by our Tours Department.

Any amendment requested after confirmation is subject to availability and may incur additional supplier charges and administrative fees.
Where a cancellation results in a reduction in the number of travelers, the package price may be recalculated based on the revised group size and re-invoiced accordingly.
You may cancel your holiday before departure without cancellation charges if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances significantly affect the operation of the holiday or transportation to the destination.

In such cases, we will provide a refund of recoverable monies received from suppliers. No additional compensation will be payable.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, sightseeing schedules, or other travel arrangements when necessary.

In the unlikely event that a significant change or cancellation becomes necessary, we will offer one of the following options:
MTA Destination Management Company shall not be liable for any loss, delay, cancellation, additional expense, or compensation arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These may include but are not limited to:
In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or recover refunds from suppliers wherever possible, but compensation will not be payable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing may take 7–21 business days depending on supplier approvals, banking procedures, and payment gateway processing times.
